We offer a generous 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item should be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Zero Return Fees (No Cost to You)
We believe that returning a product should not be a burden.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.
- Free Return Shipping: We cover all return shipping costs. When you initiate a return, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label at absolutely no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will immediately send you a free, pre-paid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to drop off your package.
7-Day Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our facility, we will immediately process your refund.
- Your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
- The funds will be credited back to your account within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item. (Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a little extra time for the finalized transaction to post to your account statement).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund.
